How to deal with Error Code 10900,10901,10902, 10904

Error code 10900, 10901, 10902,10904 are the most common errors codes.  (See below)

You may add your credit card to your PayPal account and pay using PayPal.

Here is how it works.

1. Make a PayPal account if you do not have one yet. (www.paypal.com)

2. Once you have made an account, please log in and click on Profile

3. Add your credit card

4. Once you have successfully added your credit card, you should go to www.ogplanet.com and go to Get Astro page.

Make sure you select PayPal as a payment method and you will be redirected to a page below. Log in again and select your credit card.

Paypal

This would address most error cases. If you still have problems, it might be due to your bank which issued your credit card not allowing it. Please contact the bank

  1. ok but now i have a whole different problem. i was originally trying to connect a different card to my ogp account because my old card was allowed to use the visa/mastercard protection program. i just want to be able to purchase astros again the regular way not through some middle man version which i have to give my personal info to just to make a purchase

      Sorry for late reply.

      Are you referring to Paypal as middleman? Paypal is considered to be one of the secure payment methods. Rest assure that your information that are put into our system and Paypal will be safe. In the case of fraudulent transactions, you can always contact your bank who issue your credit card to investigate.

      Have you tried adding your credit card to PayPal? What error did you get? Is it possible to provide us with more information about the error?

      1. My credit card is added to PayPal, it worked later but now same error is back I do not know how to provide you with more info except like this.

        It is nearly 12AM atm so calling bank is out of the question.

      2. Ok well I switched from chrome browser to torch and now it works. So something is up with my chrome browser, but it really does not make sense as torch is based off chrome.

  6. 10901 error. I have tried all suggestions listed here and I still can’t buy Astros. I have tried 3 different web browsers, i have tried turning my firewall off, i have tried to use paypal and also skrill, and nothing works.

  7. I’ve tried buying astros from credit card, paypal, and skrill options and still get that error before even getting the chance to enter payment information right after choosing my astro amount. On the error page I click submit and I get another error Cannot reach helpdesk. How am I supposed to get astros if none of the payment methods or methods of contacting support are working

      In the event that you are unable to contact helpdesk via our website’s support page, you are able to send us an email at helpdesk-billing@ogplanet.com and billing@ogplanet.com and we will get back to you through email.

      Are you still unable to login to those pages? And were you getting error 11000? We have reviewed your account and it is not banned or over limit or anything like that, you should have been able to log-in and access for those pages.
