The Customer Billing Experience is the most viable aspect of the customer journey.

Our billing team at OGPlanet is approaching a new way of communicating with the customers to enhance billing experience.

OGPlanet Billing team is working hard to get things right.

Some of the improvements that we are working on are (a) knowledgeable staff through comprehensive training (b) more choices of payment gateways that suit your needs (c) communication about billing from the very start of the customer journey.

Step 1: log into www.ogplanet.com

Step 2: Click on Support tab on the top right.

Step 3: Click on Billing under FAQ/Help Desk

Step 4: Click on one of the categories in a drop down menu and click on search. Fill out the form and submit!

  1. Rumble fighter i would like to get my refund for all the money i spent on this game my information is banned for some reason when i try to log in so how can i contact or talk to you about the refund.

  6. this has blocked one of my gaming sites from Ogplanet. Somehow I have always had a problem linking my facebook account to my Uncharted Waters online This is one of the games I play like a religion . I know that in at least one year I had purchased over 1000 American dollars to try to melt down my RU mono and power supply vj in Windows XP to build my Account Character . I had not Done a complete map but had most quest done. Yet I had Sailed around most of the seas and varieties the vessel of my making.       COULD SOMEONE LET ME KNOW IF THIS VERSION IS EVER GOING TO BE ON XBOX ONE and character Kinect with offline options . This game would captivate the user for life.
